WATERLOO: VOTE MOB

Mob Date:
Apr. 20th - 2:00pm - 2:30pm
Mob Description:

OK WATERLOO it's time we use the crazy amount of students in this city to attract some attention to the current need for the YOUTH VOTE!

This is a non-partisan event, we just want you to VOTE! By coming out, you will show politicians that youth are an active demographic interested in politics. The Vote Mob was inspired by the University of Guelph and has been replicated in campuses across Canada. Let's make Waterloo proud!

If you live in residence for part of the year and your hometown is outside of Waterloo, you can vote EITHER in Waterloo or your home riding. You will just need to register in Waterloo (this can be done at the advance polls or the returning office), and you will need to have proof of your residence in Waterloo.

WHAT NOT TO BRING:
Please do not bring any political party symbols/insignia. The purpose of our rally is to get all politicians to listen to us, and having partisan symbols will weaken our message!
