If 1,500 students pledge to make an informed VOTE (at the Advanced Polls, in Guelph, or back at Home), President Alastair Summerlee will get his face painted like Avatar in the UC at 12:30pm in the UC on Wed April 13th during the advanced polls and vote as as Avatar Summerlee!
If our president is willing to step it up to promote the vote, so should you!! Voting is easy!!
Advanced voting is on campus in the University Centre on W...ednesday April 13th from 10-3pm! Pre-register on Monday and Tuesday in the UC if you didn't vote in Guelph last election. Bring your 'real' government ID card and a piece of mail for you to a guelph address!
You need to bring ID, which needs to include your name and address:
•one document that shows the elector's name, address and signature (such as a driver's licence)
•two pieces of identification, one with the elector's name and address and the other with the elector's name and signature. (lease, utility bills etc)
If you are unable to make this one there are still 3 dates for advanced voting:
Vote at advance polls, Friday, April 22, Saturday, April 23 and Monday, April 25.
Advance polls are open from noon to 8:00 p.m. To find the address of your advance poll, look on your voter information card. After April 8, the address will also be available on this Web site or by calling Elections Canada.
