YOUTH. ARE. VOTING.
COME ONE, COME ALL! Join the vote mob movement that is sweeping the nation. Students across Canada are coming together to show our government and the candidates in the upcoming federal election that YOUTH. ARE. VOTING!
This Thursday, April 14th we're going to be making a YOUTUBE VIDEO of epic proportions that will show just how much this election means to us.

We're going to vote so hard that McLennan/Schulich are going to be jealous.
We now have 12 schools on board that have either done or are planning a vote mob. Our movement is GROWING.

SO, HERE'S THE PLAN:
THURSDAY, APRIL 14, @ 1pm: Meet at the Lower Field.
WEAR whatever you want, but come prepared to do some running/skipping/dancing around campus
We will be providing signs, but we'll leave a few blank so you can express exactly what you're voting for: TUITION, HEALTH CARE, NO DEFICIT, CLIMATE POLICY, you name it.
Since we know this is exam time, we're going to make this event as QUICK, FUN, and EASY as possible. What better way to take a study break than to go outside and run around in the sunshine? (http://www.theweathernetwork.com/fourteenday/caqc0363?ref=qlink_st_14day).
WHAT YOU CAN DO BEFOREHAND:
Invite all your friends in the McGill and/or Montreal community to participate! The more people we get the better! Send this info to any listservs you think might be useful. But remember, Facebook and emails will only get you so far- word of mouth is best, so get talking!
This is a NON-PARTISAN event. We welcome people from ALL points on the political spectrum :) For those who don't really know what they associate with, here's a helpful tool: http://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/canadavotes2011/votecompass/ (CBC VOTE COMPASS)
It is your passion, efforts, and belief in a better Canada that is going to change this election.
GET PUMPED. SPREAD THE WORD. LET THE VOTE BE WITH YOU.
